One aspect that can improve the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure is family support. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure undergoing haemodialysis therapy at Sekarwangi Hospital.</p> <p class="5IsiAbstrak"><strong>Method:</strong> Type of correlational research with a cross sectional approach. The population was all chronic renal failure patients undergoing haemodialysis therapy at Sekarwangi Hospital with a sample of 132 people. Sampling using total sampling. Laparatomy surgery is a major surgery that can cause various problems that slow down the recovery process including pain and sleep disturbances. There are many treatments that can be done, one of which is non-pharmacological treatment such as classical music therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of classical music therapy on pain levels and sleep quality in postoperative laparatomy patients in the Surgical Inpatient Room of RSUD Sayang Cianjur Regency.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> The type of research used in this study is a quasi-experiment with a one group pre-test and post-test design approach. The population in this study were all postoperative laparatomy patients in the Surgical Inpatient Room of RSUD Sayang Cianjur Regency with a sample of 17 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation sheets and questionnaires. Data analysis using paired sample t-test</p> <p><strong>Result:</strong> The results showed the mean pre-test pain level (5.41) and post-test (2.76), mean pre-test sleep quality (7.24) and post-test (4.76). Patients with chronic renal failure who undergo haemodialysis experience a decrease in quality of life. Quality of life is influenced by self-efficacy factors. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between self efficacy and the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure.</p> <p><strong>Method: </strong>The type of research used is correlational with a cross sectional approach. The population and sample were all chronic renal failure patients in the Hemodialysis Room at Sayang Hospital, Cianjur Regency as many as 108 respondents using total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis used was simple linear regression test.</p> <p><strong>Result: </strong>The results showed that the average self efficacy of chronic renal failure patients was 72.05 and the average quality of life of chronic renal failure patients was 70.87. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between coping mechanisms and quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure who were undergoing haemodialysis in the Hemodialysis Room of UOBK RSUD R. Syamsudin, SH. Sukabumi City.</em></p> <p class="5IsiAbstrak"><strong><em>Method:</em></strong><em> This type of research is correlational with a cross sectional approach. The population was all chronic renal failure patients who were undergoing regular haemodialysis in the Hemodialysis room UOBK RSUD R. Syamsudin, SH. Kota Sukabumi with a sample of 113 people using total sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and chi squared test.</em></p> <p class="5IsiAbstrak"><strong><em>Result: </em></strong><em>The results showed that most respondents had adaptive coping mechanisms, namely 61 people (54.0%) and had good quality of life, namely 63 people (55.8%). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and the quality of life of tuberculosis patients in the Selajambe Health Centre Working Area, Sukabumi Regency.</p> <p><strong>Methods: </strong>This type of research is correlational research. The population and sample were all TB patients in the Selajambe Health Centre Working Area, Sukabumi Regency as many as 54 respondents using total sampling. The population in this study were all elderly people with hypertension in Sukasari Village, Cisaat Health Center Working Area, Sukabumi Regency with a sample of 152 people using cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurses' work motivation and the implementation of SBAR effective communication during patient weigh-in in the inpatient room of Bhakti Medicare Hospital Cicurug.</p> <p><strong>Methods</strong>: Correlational research through cross-sectional approach. All nurses in the inpatient room of Bhakti Medicare Cicurug Hospital became the population with a sample of 81 respondents using proportional random sampling. Questionnaires were used as data collection media. Bivariate analysis using Somers'd test.</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: The results showed that most respondents had high motivation and performed SBAR communication in the good category. Samples of all parents with mentally retarded children in SLB Negeri 1 Sukabumi City were 27 people using total sampling. Questionnaire data collection technique. Data analysis using Fisher Exact Test.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Result: </em></strong><em>Most respondents apply democratic parenting and have independent children. Data were obtained through the use of questionnaires and measurement of anthropometric parameters. Data analysis using Somers'D test. </span></p> <p class="7KataKunci" style="margin-top: 0cm;"><strong><span lang="EN-ID">Results</span></strong><span lang="EN-ID">: The results of this study showed that most respondents had sufficient knowledge and adherence to taking iron (Fe) tablets most respondents had low adherence. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of foot soaking on lowering blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension. </span></p> <p class="7KataKunci" style="margin-top: 0cm;"><strong><span lang="EN-ID">Methods:</span></strong><span lang="EN-ID"> The type of this study is a quasi experiment with a non-evalent control group approach. The population was all elderly people with hypertension in Tipar Village, Tipar Health Center Working Area, Sukabumi City with a sample of 34 respondents divided into control and intervention groups of 17 people each using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test. </span></p> <p class="7KataKunci" style="margin-top: 0cm;"><strong><span lang="EN-ID">Result:</span></strong><span lang="EN-ID"> The paired sample t-test results showed no difference in systolic (p=0.234) and diastolic (p=0.055) blood pressure in the control group. While there is an effect of foot soak on reducing systolic blood pressure (p=0.000) and diastolic (p=0.000) in the intervention group. The results of the independent sample t-test test showed differences in systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the control and intervention groups (p=0.000). </span></p> <p class="7KataKunci" style="margin-top: 0cm;"><strong><span lang="EN-ID">Conclusions:</span></strong><span lang="EN-ID"> The conclusion in this study is that there is an effect of giving foot soaks on lowering blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension. And there are differences in blood pressure in the control group and intervention group.
