The National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) recorded eight provinces exposed to disasters in 2016, with West Java ranking third. Sukabumi District, West Java, is included in the list of the ten most disaster-prone areas, especially landslides. Sinaresmi village in Cisolok sub-district, Sukabumi, was the victim of the 2018 landslide, causing loss of life and property. The impact involves trauma, post-disaster stress and PTSD. To address this, the Benson relaxation technique was applied to reduce anxiety and stress in the victims. The non-formal method involved educating the Benson relaxation technique for landslide victims in Sirnaresmi Village. Interview instruments were used, and the results showed the understanding and application of the Benson relaxation technique by the victims. The activity took place on January 8-10, 2022, attended by 38 participants from Sirnaresmi Village. The conclusion showed the participants' understanding and ability to apply the Benson relaxation technique independently. The government and related institutions are expected to provide similar counseling and training in disaster-prone areas to reduce the risk of disaster impacts.
