The objectives of implementing this outreach activity are: (a) Increasing knowledge about the importance of proper provision of MP ASI to babies aged 6-12 months in the working area of the Cibeureum Hilir Community Health Center (b) Implementing it in infant feeding, in order to improve the health status and growth and development of babies in Cibeureum Hilir Community Health Center working area. The activity implementation method includes three stages, namely: (1) planning, (2) implementing activities through offline counseling, (3) observation and evaluation. The activity was held on July 21 2022. Participants who took part in this activity were 37 mothers of babies and 3 cadres. The results of the implementation of the activity are (a) an increase in knowledge about the importance of precisely giving MP ASI to babies aged 6-12 months, (b) the application of accuracy in giving MP ASI in everyday life. The conclusion in this community service is that there is an increase in knowledge about the importance of continuing to provide MP ASI to babies aged 6-12 months and the application of accurate provision of MP ASI in everyday life. Emotional disturbance is a condition that indicates an individual who experiences an emotional change that can develop into a pathological state if it continues. Therefore, to prevent more severe mental emotional problems in preschool children, early detection of emotional behavioral deviations, autism and attention and hyperactivity disorders in children is needed, so that intervention actions can be taken immediately with counseling on mental emotional development in preschool children. This community service activity was carried out at the Cibeureum Hilir Health Center, Sukabumi City. The participants in this activity were mothers who had pre-school age children and pre-school age children with 40 participants each, through socialization and counseling activities. The results of community service showed that all participants understood and knew about early detection of development and mental emotional deviations in pre-school children. A landslide is a sudden collapse of land or sudden movement of large amounts of land which generally occurs in steep, unstable areas. Therefore, to reduce the risk of post-traumatic stress disorder in landslide victims, it is necessary to provide treatment to reduce post-traumatic stress, one of which is Stress Inoculation Training. Stress inoculation training (SIT) socialization and training activities are one way to reduce post-traumatic syndrome. disorder (PTSD) in victims of landslides. This service activity was carried out in Sirnaresmi Village. Participants in this activity were all 20 people affected by landslides, through socialization activities and stress inoculation training (SIT). The results of community service show that all activity participants understand and are able to carry out the Stress Inoculation Training (SIT) technique properly and correctly. Regular massages elevate catecholamine hormones, fostering overall well-being and reducing sleep disorders. This therapy involves parents and family members, fostering emotional bonds. Quality sleep is crucial for a baby's brain development. Non-pharmacological approaches, like infant massage, prove effective in enhancing sleep, concentration, and immunity. The massage employs gentle full-body movements, establishing secure communication between mother and baby, stimulating growth, and providing a sense of safety through touch. A study conducted in Babakan Village, Cibeureum Hilir Health Center, Sukabumi City, aimed to improve infant health by implementing massage. The interview-based research involved 40 mothers and 4 health workers, showcasing increased knowledge and application of infant massage techniques. The event occurred on July 21, 2022. Sukabumi District, West Java, is included in the list of the ten most disaster-prone areas, especially landslides. Sinaresmi village in Cisolok sub-district, Sukabumi, was the victim of the 2018 landslide, causing loss of life and property. The impact involves trauma, post-disaster stress and PTSD. To address this, the Benson relaxation technique was applied to reduce anxiety and stress in the victims. The non-formal method involved educating the Benson relaxation technique for landslide victims in Sirnaresmi Village. Interview instruments were used, and the results showed the understanding and application of the Benson relaxation technique by the victims. The activity took place on January 8-10, 2022, attended by 38 participants from Sirnaresmi Village. The conclusion showed the participants' understanding and ability to apply the Benson relaxation technique independently. The objectives of carrying out this outreach activity are: (a) To find out how many pregnant women have received the Covid-19 vaccine in the working area of the Cibeureum Hilir Community Health Center (b) Pregnant women understand the importance of the COVID-19 vaccine and have no hesitation in getting Covid immunization in the working area of the Community Health Center Lower Cibeureum. One of the most vulnerable groups affected by natural disasters is children, who are in a school environment that is included in a vulnerable community if a disaster occurs. Disaster Preparedness School is a program that is expected to build school community preparedness for disasters. The aim of Disaster Preparedness School is carried out on the basis that the school community is considered very important to get attention in disaster risk reduction efforts. The large number of students, teachers and other staff has a considerable risk in the event of a disaster. The method used was educational research development and education to students by distributing modules and administering questionnaires regarding emergency response SOPs. Community service was carried out at Sirnaresmi Village Elementary School, Cisolok District, Sukabumi Regency on January 8-10, 2022. The participants were 40 people with the specified age criteria, namely elementary school age with a questionnaire. The results of community service also showed that there was an increase in the implementation of disaster emergency response in schools. Most of the elementary schools in Sirnaresmi Village, Cisolok District, Sukabumi Regency have not met the criteria for assessing disaster emergency response parameters. One of the efforts that can be made to minimize these impacts is pregnancy check-ups at health care facilities. The purpose of community service is to determine the number of pregnant women who have high risks in pregnancy, increase the knowledge of pregnant women about the benefits of antenatal care, and achieve the target coverage of K1 and K4-K6. Materials used include a letter of assignment, attendance list, and leaflets. The approach used is education and socialization about efforts to improve the health of pregnant women by detecting high risks of pregnancy in integrated antenatal care services. Community service was conducted in the working area of Cibeureum Hilir Health Center, Sukabumi City on July 21, 2022. This activity was attended by 37 pregnant women. The results of community service activities are the knowledge that there are no pregnant women who have high risks in pregnancy, increased knowledge of pregnant women about the benefits of antenatal care, and the fulfillment of K1 and K4-K6 coverage targets. All participants understood the benefits of integrated antenatal care in detecting high risks in pregnancy. Given the magnitude of losses arising from tsunami disasters, efforts are needed to minimize disaster risk through high self-efficacy in facing disasters. In an effort to increase community self-efficacy, the role of social capital needs to be encouraged and enhanced. The target of this Community Service (Pengmas) is the Pangumbahan Village Community, Ciracap District, Sukabumi Regency as many as 40 participants which was held on January 8-10, 2022. The results of this community service found that there was an increase in community knowledge and perceptions of the importance of social capital in efforts to increase self-efficacy in dealing with disasters. There are several factors that can build community preparedness, one of which is social capital. Social capital is part of social life, such as networks, norms and trust. The purpose of community service is to optimize understanding of the role of social capital in supporting tsunami disaster preparedness. Materials used included a letter of assignment, attendance list, as well as modules and questionnaires on disasters, preparedness, and social capital. The approach used was education and socialization on strengthening social capital in building community preparedness in facing tsunami&nbsp;disasters. Community service was carried out in Pagumbahan Village, Ciracap District, Sukabumi Regency on January 8-10, 2023. This activity was attended by 40 people. The results of the community service showed that there was an increase in knowledge and understanding of social capital. The material explained can be understood because what has been explained is not new and is often done. To overcome this, the involvement of all parties is needed, including the government. To support and regulate the management process in Indonesia, the government issued Law No. 24 of 2007 concerning Disaster Management as one of the main policies in disaster management. The method of implementing the activity is divided into three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and monitoring stages. Community service through socialization in an effort to understand and increase knowledge about Law No. 24 of 2007. It was held on January 8-10, 2022. Socialization participants were 11 people.&nbsp; The results of community service also show that there is an increase in knowledge and understanding of Law Number 24 of 2007 in pre-disaster, emergency response and post-disaster. The material explained can be immediately understood and understood because what has been exemplified and explained is not new and often done. Most participants understood Law No. 24/2007 and understood the role of Law No. 24/2007 in pre-disaster, emergency response and post-disaster disaster risk reduction.
