Pengaruh praktik mindfulness terhadap burnout pada perawat di instalasi gawat darurat

Pendahuluan: Burnout ialah sindrom psikologis akibat stres kerja ditandai kelelahan emosional dan depersonalisasi. Perawat instalasi gawat darurat termasuk kelompok berisiko mengalami burnout karena tuntutan kerja tinggi. Salah satu intervensi untuk menurunkan burnout adalah mindfulness. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh praktik mindfulness terhadap burnout perawat.
Metode: Desain pre-eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pretest–posttest. Sampel berjumlah 22 perawat menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). Intervensi mindfulness berupa Brief Mindfulness-Based Intervention dilaksanakan selama 4 minggu, 3 kali perminggu, masing-masing 15 menit persesi. Analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test.
Hasil: Mayoritas responden sebelum intervensi mengalami burnout sedang sebanyak 13 orang (59,1%) dan setelah intervensi mayoritas responden mengalami kategori burnout sedang sebanyak 11 responden (50,0%). Terdapat pengaruh praktik mindfulness terhadap burnout (p-value < 0,05).
Kesimpulan: Praktik mindfulness terbukti efektif menurunkan burnout pada perawat IGD. Mindfulness dapat menjadi strategi efektif mengelola stres perawat guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan mutu pelayanan.
