Abstract

One form of natural disaster that causes the most trauma to its victims is landslides. A landslide is a sudden collapse of land or sudden movement of large amounts of land which generally occurs in steep, unstable areas. Therefore, to reduce the risk of post-traumatic stress disorder in landslide victims, it is necessary to provide treatment to reduce post-traumatic stress, one of which is Stress Inoculation Training. Stress inoculation training (SIT) socialization and training activities are one way to reduce post-traumatic syndrome. disorder (PTSD) in victims of landslides. This service activity was carried out in Sirnaresmi Village. Participants in this activity were all 20 people affected by landslides, through socialization activities and stress inoculation training (SIT). The results of community service show that all activity participants understand and are able to carry out the Stress Inoculation Training (SIT) technique properly and correctly. It is hoped that the local government can collaborate with health workers to help reduce post-disaster stress so that people affected by landslides can return to normal lives.
